Information from the Library in Umbrion's Tower:

Phantasms are temporary illusions in the minds of sentient beings.
Phantasms are entertaining trickery. Nothing more.
Phantasmonomicon pages may be copied onto special parchment.
No one should never own more than one Phantasmonomicon.
You cannot cast phantasms without a Phantasmonomicon.
Pages must be collected before you can use a Phantasmonomicon.
Non-sentient beings will never see a phantasm.
Masters of phantasmology are able to change their appearance. Few attain such skill.

To read your Phantasmonomicon: /use
To cast a phantasm spell: /use <page number>
With a blank Phantasmonomicon page you may try to copy a page: /use /copy

(warning: there is a risk of loss of the original and of the copy with this process...
chance of success improves with additional study!)

To kill a phantasm: /use /cancel

Callia said that books can hold up to 16 pages
Asteshesha teaches the art of Phantasmology... in Umbrion's Tower.
A test must be passed before you can buy a Phantasmology book.
Books cost 1000c and a pinch of catsbane.
Blank pages cost 100c.

SENFANTIA:

Senfantia is a researcher in the art of Phantasmology.
Senfantia works in Colmert's Castle.
If you visit Colmert's Castle you can donate coins to Senfantia research.
(Senfantia says that most of the research is funded by Lord Umbrion.)
Senfantia sells phantasm pages to support research into the art of Phantasmology.
(This appears, for now to happen only when Senfantia visits Puddleby.)
